There are no mandatory User Exits , If business is asking for User Exits then we need to use
SRWINIT and SRWEXIT.

There is no fixed mandatory parameter for Oracle reports. Instead it based on how the reports develops. Normally the "Region, Location" can be mandatory.

There is no mandatory parameters in reports. If you are using User Exits in your report then only we have to pass P_CONC_REQUEST_ID parameter.
