While Testing web application manually the following items needs to be noticed.

The Validation condition for the fields.
The functional validity of the application.
The response time of the application.
The appearance of the web page in variety of the Browser like IE, Firefox, Netscape(It is usually terned as Browser Compatibility).
The Usability features of the application.
