1 X 10 -> 10 paisa
1 x 5  -> 5 paise

so that he can give change for 25 i.e
2x10p + 1x5p = 25;
1x10p + 1x5p = 15;           
  
5x10p=50 p ;
1x 50 p +5x1op + 1x5p = 1.15
