A test strategy is a test specification which outlines test objectives,provides test cases and scenarios,the test data to be used,and expected test results.

A test paln is the approach that will be used to test the system not the the individual tests.

Yes the Test stratergy is part of test plan.

Test stratergy :It is document where it specifies testing approach followed by the testing team.

Test plan : A document describing the scope, approach, resources, and schedule of intended testing activities. It identifies test items, the features to be tested, the testing tasks, who will do each task, and any risks requiring contingency planning.
