it will be the problem of load and stress testing. perhaps this particular user is the one which is putting more load and the website can't recover it automatically

Please check once you are passing parameters, might be you are given parameters was wrong.

Can you explan how did you passed parameters in you are script then only we can tell you where u did wrong?

there is a problem in ur parameters which u gave or check the license of ur LR.

This problem seems to be with the parameters that you are passing. Seconly check the licence info of your LR.

It could also be a data contentin issue.

Ex: The data from the data file may have been tried to access at the same time from 2 v users.

First check in the data base whether the user is available in the database or not. And also check that user has already loggedin or not. Because if the user has already loggedin but application has been closed  without logout in this case also the problem will be happened
