When cyclist starts guy have already covered 16 KM

(since 4Km/Hr *4hr=16)

Hence eq is :-

(x-16)/4=x/10   where x is the distance at which they met

(x+4)*4=x*10
4x+16=10x
6x=16
x=166 hrs
x=16*606 hrs
x=16*10=160 min
=2 hrs 40 min
they can meet after 2 hrs 40 min

total distance would be traveled by first guy after 4 hr=4*4=16m
in 5th hr the distance would be 4*5 = 20 m

after 4 hr the second guy starts traveling by 10mph so on completing 2 hr total distance would be 10*2= 20mph.

thus they would meet at distance of 20mph
