On the basis of complexity of the test cases . we should deside it is converted to test script are not.it might be functionality wise,scnarios it depends. only the test cases that should automate is, The test cases should be simple and manual intervention become less.

Hi,When you want to do regression testing or functional testing of the incremental version of the module it is best to go for automation to save time. If you are releasing fresh product or larger volume of new version which is totally different from last version, manual testing is preferred.
