Want to go in Business Operations / Marketing Domain

Hi, I have worked as a Quality analyst in a software company for two years. I want to switch into marketing/operations or business analyst domain. Since I do not have any prior relevant work ex any MNC would unlikely give me a job. I have been apllaying to start ups but in vain. Please tell me the correct way of applying or any training that I can take to add weight to my profile in this direction. (Apart from MBA)

Get trained from any of the institute on BA profile and get certified in ECBA(entry level certification in business analysis) recognized from IIBA and which will be easier for you get placed in any of the company.
