Advice for Training to get a Job in Software Industry

I have completed MCA in 2011. After that there was a 4 years gap. I want to make my career in a software industry though there is a huge gap. Please advice me what training should I have to take or what should I have to do to get a job in a software industry though there is a big gap. I need a job
