M30 Grade Concrete Mix Without RMC

We are trying to achieve M30 grade concrete manually at our site. We have customized the mixture machine and have bins with load cells to tell us the weights of coarse sand, cement and 0.75 and 0.50 inch Gitti. At present we are using (1:1.80:3.5) (50kg cement : 90 kg coarse sand : 175 kg Gitti) with 28 liters water and 250 ml add mix per 50 kg cement. 7 day testing of the cubes have given 15.01 MPA strength. I am short on time and have to begin casting, would like to know you experienced advice in terms of whether this mix will be able to achieve 30 MPA strength in 28 days.

You are unlikely to get a strength of 30 MPA on 28th day. Reduce sand by 10% and stone chips by 20% and retry. Likely to get the result.

M30 grade concrete means the average compressive strength of 3 cube of size 150 mm have the value of 30 MPa after 28 days curing..
