Severity describes seriousness of an Issue
It has three categories
1. Critical
2. Non Critical High (NCH)
3. Non Low (NCL)
Critical: Critical severity will given by the test engineers whenever they are unable to continue Testing
Non Critical High: Non Critical High severity will give by the test engineers whenever functionality is not working as per expected
Non Critical Low: Non Critical Low severity will give by the test engineers if there are any GUI and Usability issues
Priority Describes the importance to resolve the issues by the developers in sequential
It has three categories
1. High
2. Medium
3. Low
