Recently attended Dell BPO at Hyderabad: Topic Round, HR round, Telephonic round, Intro yourself, personal interview about joining and bond? Be prepare well on topic round. They see that round your accent and knowledge. Only 2 min., you speak about topic given. So, my dear colleagues prepare as well and keep short lines to understand easily. While your turn in topic round, start with wish mam as well friends and short lines on where are you from? and start your topic don't describe deep info...
