What index type could be used on table having huge millions of rows with key columns of low cardinality and having queries against this table as a combination of multiple WHERE conditions involving the OR operator?

We can use the Bitmap index for the same because of the following reasons:
1) Size of index small
2) Multiple where with OR/AND filter out the excess rows.

As the bitmap index are best for ad-hoc queries.
