Calculating power, frequency and time is not required.

P=V*I*Cos0
=220*25*0.8
=4400 watts answer

But if you are looking for "How much energy motor consumed?" then you need time

Energy consumed = P*T
= 4400 * 3
= 13200 Wh
= 13.2 kWh

Frequency is not at all needed.
