Assign the TCP/IP configuration to the printer,which printer we use the network printer,then
Run the software of printer to each desktop,IP configuration of printer on Desktop depends on
If you used DHCP,use the TAB auto serch the IP,if not used the static IP.
Or
we used the second method is
On workstation,goto device and printer,goto add printer,select the TCP/IP port
assign the IP of printer, then driver of printer, ETc..........
