Your mother's sister's brother=uncle

Brother's wife's child=Uncl'es child

Uncle's child=cousin

All those who say its a neice is terribly wrong. It will be cousin. see the proof.my mother's sister -> my auntmy aunt's brother -> my unclemy uncle's wife -> my aunt againmy aunt's child -> my cousin

Answer is Cousin... no doubt. mothers sister's brother => mother's brother. his wife's child => his child. i.e. your mother's brothers child... undoubtedly its your cousin.
