One possible condition is aunt is a female. So if u take '-' & '*' symbol then it comes under father and brother respectively. So only possible answer must be starts with '+'

ans: should be "+-"that is k+-n "+stands for sister of and - for father of"to understand lets take Q another one who is brother of K and father of N.where K is a female.so K is aunt of N .K+Q,Q-N; Or eliminating Q "K+-N"
