To create a new filesystem first you should follow the process:
#Format(After that u can get the howmany u r having like c0d0,c0d1) If u select 0
#p (To see the partitons)
Then  #p(u can get the blocks and mount,unmountable filesystems)
Here u want to create a filesystem in 4 location means type 4
u should type the size,um (or) wm.
then saved it #l
finally format it
#newfs /dev/rdsk/c0d0s4

FORMAT (a HD ).
type P (partition Table)
type P (print partiton table)

partiton a table and select a DISK-( eg: cot1dos3)

Newfs /dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s3.
