Unix is a multi-tasking and multi-user operation system. We cannot say UNIX as real time system. Obviously It is not a file in root directory.  A real time system, which responses within stipulated time. here Unix is an OS not a system. We can say Robot/RADAR as Real time system.

1,2,3 are correct, there is a file named 'Unix' in the root directory however the point 4 is not cleared.
