Please can some one help me on this, it is very urgent. How to do this.............The defects must be able to be pulled from existing Test Director, datamapping be performed and pushed to the enterprise Quality Center.

Are you migrating TD to QC you have a migtration tool available for this.

If you want to do this manually. you can do this by writing a script on your own by using TD API's. It might be tough to write a code for you by someone better search in HP support website you  might found one in user contribution section.
