I have 2+years of experience on IBM mainframes(S/390 operating system) 1 year of experience on HP mainframes(MPE operating system).Now I am planning to shift some other technologies .Kindly advise me which skill set has got more demand in future.

The question you have asked covers a wide area. So to answer you in a better way tell me in what broader area you want to change say open technologies,web development,SAP,mainframes and so on . If you could narraow down your choice I could tell the prospects in this subdivision.
