the ans is 4am.

the distance among their is (60+60)=120,

4*120=480...

THEN V HAV TO CONVERT HRS..480/60=8HRS

10-8=2HRS

IT STARTS 2AM SO 2+2=4AM.

OK!

from NE(45deg) to NW(-45deg),
hence,total degress=45-(-45)=90deg,
total min=90*4=360,
hrs=360/60=6,
hence total time advanced=11-6=5hrs,
hence local time=2+5=7AM

TOTAL DEG=90,
total min=90*6=540,
total hrs=540/60=9,
hence time advances by=11-9=2,
hence local time=4AM.
