SINCE,IN REMAINING 4 FLAGS ,HE GOES IN REMAINING 4 SECONDS

since in croosing 8 flags he travelled 7 distances(gaps) in 8 secs, <br>

So to travel 1 gap time required : 8 / 7<br>
<br>
gaps left = 11 - 7 =4<br>
<br>
so time required : 4 * 8 / 7 <br>
<br>
