The question is quite funny, any companies outlook is a skillful, efficient, effective, commited, dynamic employee, because any organisations big asset is their human resource.

Dear Friend,

Being a Fresher,I think you need to be very good at your basics. And moreover you should have a good command over 1 database,1 operating system and 1 language(and ofcourse Quantitaive Aptitude). If you have the above qualities,i think there are no barriers for you.

B.Regards,

Arun

hello

being fresher the one advantage is there is not much to tell. only the basic knowledge in few programming languages and operating system and the most important is database if you have this thats more than enough .

the gretest asset is confidence in you .And say that will fight for the good results of the company and honestly work for the company.

Well there is not much difference between a fresher and a computer engineer.....the only diff i could find is REAL TIME  exposure that a comp engineer possess which makes him feel more confident.

A comp engi should have excellent tech skill apart from being a good resource manager....where as for a fresher it is enough for him/her to possess basic computer lang knowledge, should be adaptive and should posses quick learning traits.......
