To add a user u need to log in as a site administrator and select the domain and the project .Then you need to go to add icon and select the user u want to add to the particular project.

The site admin can have the priviliges to create and delete the users . so login as admin ,click on users tab --> new user button--> Enter all the fields for that user. These users are not for a specific project . These are all who use the QC tool. if u want to assign a user for a Project goto customization tool   in home page.Any clarifications mail me on tamminas_ramu @ yahoo.co.in
