A company has some clients and some officers. Also it has some rooms to be used for meetings between client and officers. one officer is responsible for each room. and room has unique room id. a meeting will be arranged only when the officer and client are free and room is also free. the officer and clients must be registered to the system which will give them unique email ids. arrange the meetings.

Algorithm

1> get the client Id and officers Id.
2>get the date and time of the day on which client and officers are free
3> find the free room according to date and time ( room details are maintained in a table )
if free then
allocate room and update table
else
print message " Rooms are not free on DATE and Time "

1. Check if officer can client ids are registered. If registered go ahead to book meetings else send message "You have to be registered to book meetings"

2. If officer, clients and room is available then book meeting and send email to officer and clients.

3. If officer and clients are available but room is unavilable then send email "Room is unavailable".

4. If officer is avialable and clients are unavailable then irrespective of if room is available meeting cannot be arranged.

5. If officer is unavilable then irrespective of availability of clients or room meeting cannot be arranged.
