I have a Masters degree in IT and right now working in an IT firm as a s/w developer. But i am not interested to continue here. My interest is mostly in management/HR. Can u suggest some way where i can change my career. Do i have to have an MBA degree for that?? Please advice.

It is very true as it follows with an old adage, "Susccess is there where the interest is". What I have my personal opinion with my experience, you should go for MBA degree. As what was more required was your age which you have not mentioned. If your age is below 26 then I suppose my advice will work better. Getting MBA from good Institution will help you to get you an better opportunity.

I would suggest you to get a MBA degree part time. And you could also try for opening in management side.Infact you could use your management interest even in IT field with your experience combined in this field. This combination would give your more success. All the Best.
