For a beginner, more important than salary is the type of work and his/her personal growth/experience that counts more.

For me, Salary is only one thing to consider -- what about the atmopshere and people you work with? I've left great-paying jobs because it was a miserable place to work at. What about other benefits that are offered? (Medical, stock options, gym memberships, as well as the more creative ones like a company I worked at had an employee paid to run your errands for you that would otherwise pull you away from work like getting your oil changed in your car, picking up last-minute gifts/flowers for birthdays you almost forgot, or even staying at your house all day waiting for the cable service man to arrive). What about the potential for advancement? What about training opportunities? What about the the actual tasks you will be performing in your job? I go insane in if I have a repetitive job that doesn't challenge me. So unless it's a salary that could not support my current lifestyle, salary is not my primary consideration on whether or not I accept a job.

If I am working under any important project then first I will complete the project and then think for the switching option and simultaneously I will teach or practice someone else who would inturn replace me in the company so that the company should not have to suffer from my decision.

And in case If I am not involved in any of the important projects then I will make the manager know about the proposal I got and ask for the manager to tell me about my progress in the company and my promotion in the few months. If the manager would refuse my request then in that case also I will request him to rethink on his decision and analyse my work with an eye of consideration. And in that case also if he refuse my demand than in that case only I would tell him politely that "Sir as I think that there is no scope of my growth in the organization and I think that I am underutilising my efforts here ,so I would like to leave the job"

Thank you.

Hell Friends This is an important Question BECAUSE every one knows that a higher salary attracts to every person. My answer will be that first of all I'll inform my superior that May I have any chance to pramotion or not if no then I'll complete my current project and I'll be continue with my job unless I hand over my responsibility to a desire person. and then I'll leave the job. And if i have any chance of pramotion I'll be continue with my current job. Salary is important for me but not on the cost of responsbility which is on me. THANKS.................

always have a positive approach in answering in (esp HR round).
your answer can be something like:
Salary was just one of the aspects of choosing my job. I will definitely consider that when pursuing any positions, but what most imp is to choose something (as an example the job that you are offering me now), that gives me satisfaction and a type of work that will never make me look at the watch again and again.

all the best

This kind of offer is appearing after a realiable period we are continuing a job.
Money is essential for everyone but if we get better opportunity then its not fair that we leave my job and run for more salary.
In this case first i need to consult with my senior that if there is any chance of promotion for me, if yes then i continuing my job otherwise before leaving my company i must need to finish my project, complete my responsibilities and then handover my job to a suitable person.
Also need to remember that Responsibility is most importent than salary or other things.

Basically, Money definitely is a most important factor in this vary economy, If you are good player in your field then money will come after your work. If you are happy and the atmosphere you are working with is good and out of politics and overall company makes you happy then money is gone to second option. If you are expert in your field then you make lots of money in same place and learned more. b/c "OLD IS GOLD".
