It should be 261.3333333we have to go for calculation from both sides. atleast thats what i did...from last.we have 2,2*10 = 2020-8 = 1212*12 = 144144+52=196196*7=1372now let the number be x,so 3x + (3/4)*3x=1372or 21x=5488x=261.3333333So hope so that the ans is 261.333333If someone else thinks differently, then plz contributeCheers!!!!

step 1: 10*2=20
step 2: 20-8=12
step 3:taking L.C.M this gives the left hand side to be

              sqrt( ( ( 3x+9x/4) /7)- 52)=12
step 4: sqrt( ( (12x+9x) /28)-52)=12
step 5: sqrt( (12x+9x-1456)/28)=12
step 6: taking 7 as common inside the sqrt and cancelling it

            sqrt((3x-208)/4)=12
step 7: squaring both sides

              3x-208=144*4
step 8: 3x-208=576

step 9: 3x=576-208=308

step 10:x=308/3=106.666.................
