A) Profound Knowledge

The System of Profound Knowledge explains how complex organizations work.  In particular, every manager should know how his own organization works in order to improve upon its processes and gain long-term quality and efficiencies.  Deming advocated that organizations led by people guided by the System of Profound Knowledge are likely to be much more efficient and successful than its unenlightened competitors.
