North-West

1st he is walk in the east then he turns right means he is in the north direction now. Then after turn his left means now in the again north direction. After that move 45 deg to his right which is north-west direction. For better understanding draw whole figure.

Hello all, Taking the Directions as

                 N
           W         E
                 S

First towards East --->> then towards Right that means South ---> Now towards Left, East again --> Finally 45 Degrees towards Right...

So, South-East is the Required answer..
