consider a is speaking true so he says he is not layer
but b is laying so he says a is laying...

ill explain it how...
the only answer that a can giv to c is "i speak truth", coz if a is a lier he shud say dat he speaks truth and if he speaks truth, then he will giv a straight forward answer that he speaks truth....
so if u c d answer given by a (i speak truth) and b(a says he is a lier) its sure dat b speaks lie...
