SQA shall perform facilitation and review on Causal Analysis and Resoluiton Activities as per Facilitation Plan. SQA shall track the finding of facilitation and audit to closure. During the facilitation and Audit any process improvement identified / trigged shall be reported to SEPG.

SEPG  is Software Engineering Process Group which define process for an organization,but  SQA will implement ,monitor and control this  process in an organization
