High level Use Cases: A broad view of a business process is called a high
level use case.
Low level Use Cases: If we divide the big view into different small sub use
cases, then it is called low level use case. -

When a user is refresh his PC then what process does the system go?

When anyone refreshes the pc, the random access memory of system is refreshed or we can say the processes required less frequently are terminated and the RAM is less utilized by those processes
