I understood it as client in place of vendor. A BA liaises with client for different reasons as 1.Gathering Business Requirements2.Creating Technical Specifications3.Release Implementation Plans4.Post Deploymeant Docs5.When creating an Onboarding model for exting project to onboard new clients etc
