In general the allocated person will provide you all the details in TRS document.like :- Naming conventions of objects- Table names and column names- Joins and relations- conditions to create at universe level- Prompts if required

If your question is to add aggregate tables in the schema then go to insert tables add the required tables in to the schema or you can add the tables by double clicking on the structure pane.
