Hi, I am vimala. I completed my graduation B.Com in 2001. I finished some courses in computers like MS-Office, Accounting Packages, Windows Networking (ADMN), C with data structures & SAP FI/CO. I am expert in Ms-Office and accounting packages. Remaining all had knowledge no working experience. After completing my graduation I worked as an accountant (1.7years) as an audit assistant (2.7years). And I worked in Karvy (BPO) for accounts payable department for one year and right now I am with GE (BPO) in accounts payable working on SAP. Here my problem is still I am drawing 9K per month. But my juniors or any others when I compare they are earning 20K and above. Could you please suggest what I have to do?
