We use 30% mortar in brick work, so 1 cum of brickwork has 0.3 cum of mortar.quantity for 1:6 mortar mix
cement quantity= 1/(1+6)*0.3
and sand= 6/(1+6)*0.3

dry Volume - 30%, so Total Qty is 1.3 m3,
Cement = (1x1.3)/ (1+6) = .1857 m3
Cement 1 Bag = 0.0347 m3
So, Cement = 0.1857/0.347 = 5.35 Bags.

Ratio 1:6
Let 1:6 so we take 1+6=7
1 time of cement so 1/7=0.142
if plastering mean=1.52
so 0.142*1.52=0.21
density of sand 1440
so 0.21*1440=1.45 Bag/cum
and 72.5 kg/cum

as per is 456

We know, for 1 cum brickwork done to need 35% dry cement mortar.
So, Cement Mortar for 1 cum=1 ×0.35=0.35 cum
Given, Ratio is 1:6 = 1+6 = 7
1. Cement= (0.35×1)/7=0.05 cum.
2. Sand= (0.35×6)/7=0.3 cum
