If you are presented with any requirements, these are steps to be taken:

1) Go through the basic project Charter document/Stakeholder information and identify which team is developing the respective modules
2) Conduct Developer/Client Interviews on a planned basis to get more understanding on each and every requirement
3) Make a list of each and every requirement and highlight the ones you have not understood
4) Communicate your level of understanding to the concerned stakeholders on a regular basis
5) Raise a Flag if you are unable to get any info on anything
6) Develop a continuous learning process inorder to understand them fully or you wont be able to go further.
7) You might also encounter politics, so be Clever!

This is a very poor interview question. Be careful of this employer.

1) Background check "Why" you are sent to the site. You might actually just have to take it to someone else.
2) Lets ASSUME they want to give feedback on the available requirements in case of a tender. Get to understand the business a bit. Who's your contact. What is it they want to produce. When do they want it produced.  Where will this be produced.
3) Now you have the basics. Read the executive spec.
4) Call a review meeting involving the BA. The easiest is a walkthrough. It's cheap, it's training and very good feedback.
5) Lets assume they still like you. Why are you there again?
