We can use the data migration i.e FND_LOAD commands to move the Concurrent programme, Value Set and many things from one instance to another
for example

We migrate the custom table creation scripts through kintana.

In order to migrate reports from one instance to other we need to create the custom tables in upgraded version and validate the package in current version and generate a new report
