We can see the Block size in parameterization. If you select unique each iteration and unique each occurrence at that time block size enabled.

If you have 100 user names and passwords or 100 data items in file, there are 10 vuser. If you give block size as 10 then each 1st vuser take first 1-10 data itams and 2nd vuser takes 11-20 data items like wise each vuser take 10 values.
