CEEDUMP and SYSUDUMP

Hi, Can anybody please tell me what is the exact purpose of the CEEDUMP and SYSUDUMP and How effectively we can use them for the problem solving( abend handling)

CEEDUMP:

Common Execution Environment DUMP

The CEEDUMP run-time option is used to specify options to control the processing |of the Language Environment dump report CEEDUMP.

SYSUDUMP

Produces a dump of user areas. The dump is formatted, so that it can be printed directly.
