Please realize this is another way of asking "what do you as a potential employee bring to the table?"

Take this as an opportunity to sell your strengths.
In today's world, hard-work is 40% where as smart-work takes 60%. Tell the interviewer that you are a smart worker who can effectively manage time, prioritize work, your tech skills, your communication abilities, your mentoring skills, your negotiating skills etc. Do not take this answer on its face value, instead do some thinking and come up with a genuine list. Stop giving cliched answers. If you do you get cliched salary too!
