Load Runner Error 27796: Failed to connect to server

What can be reasons for error:

Error -27796: Failed to connect to server "xx.xx.com:80": [10060] Connection timed out

What server or client tuning should be performed?

My Vusers try only to open 200kb page.

Kindly verify below settings

1. In LRcontroller --> select "scenario" --> uncheck the option" Enable IP snoofer.

2. Runtime settings --> Proxy --> select "Noproxy".

Followed the mentioned procedure but still the error persists

27796: Failed to connect to server "xxx.xxxx.xx:80" [10060] Connection timed out

Uncheck-Run-time Settings Internet Protocol Prefernces Winlnet replay instead of Sockets (Windows only)
The number of errors decreased (but still appeared)
