There are so many issues
first of all you have to logon to report conversion tool

Before that  you have to go  business objects administration launch pad and then go to Business objects applications and with in that report conversion tool there you have to create Audit tablee thats important criteria which stores all the conversion status details with in the database as a backup of ur coversion status.

later with in the RPC tool select the report to be coverted then start converting.

finally you will have fully/partially/not coverted status based upon conversion.

Incase of converting freehandsql report you have to select primarly that select the reports containg FHSQL
