M:says that P said that exact one has money
N:says that L said that precisely two have money
O:says that M said that 3 of others have money.
P:Land N said that they have money.
All are liars.
Who has money & who doesn't have?

so l,n nd p doesnt hav mny
p says l nd n have mny,,so l nd n doesnt hav mny

l,n,p doesnt have money
and m nd o have money..

considering all liars... here is what can be made from there lies:
1. all M,N,O,P dont have money
2. more than one have money or none have
3. more than 2 have money or none have
4. L,N,P all dont have money
5. either L or N dont have money

a simple solution is none have money.

another solution is L, N dont have money, M,O,P have the money.
