If you want to merge two universes in one query then first select the objects that you want to display in your report from the specific universe then in the menu bar go to insert menu select table then you will find four options out there select access data in a different way in this way you can achive the query.

Two universes can be merged in deski using combine query in the data provider.

In Universe we can use Link two Universe.

In WEBI we can use the option of Merge dimensions to join two universe. However we need to customize other objects with measures to join and get the results.
