Sort cards is a generic term used for DD card that we give for a DFSORT.
i.e
SORT FIELDS=COPY
SUM FIELDS=NONE
can be called as a sort card to remove duplicates

SORT FIELDS=(1,4,CH.A) can be called as a sort card to sort the field which starts at 1st bye of length 4 in Ascending order.
