Not 16/9 (64%) - this is only two replacements with 20% water. Three brings it to 51.2%.Repeat this formula three times: Current amount of milk - 0.2 (current remaining milk) = new remaining milk. 1 - 0.2(1) = 1 - 0.2 = 0.80.8 - 0.2 (0.8) = 0.8 - 0.16 = 0.640.64 - 0.2(0.64) = 0.64 - 0.128 = 0.512 = 51.2%
