The major components are, Processor Time, User load per second, Memory use, ThrashHold States, Server Response and so on. when u will perofrm the performance test that u will  get the result in the form of Graph, than you can see the response when userload increased and decreased per second. u can also check the processor performance and can also check thershhold value when load get increased suddenly. rest if u want to know more detail than u can serach some tutorials
